All Good Things Must End...
Apr. 18th, 2004 09:52 pm...Man, this weekend went by fast! But then, they always say, 'time flies when you're having fun'. Since I actually took the weekend off, and enjoyed myself a bit, I guess it's not so surprising. Still, it's a little annoying.
Well, I handed in my CS homework on Friday...Hopefully that'll turn out okay. Also, had my Discrete Math test. Which I did not have enough time to finish. =P Though, I got an email from Prof. McGlinn, saying that since the test was a bit long, he was giving us all an extra 10 points added onto to our grade to compensate. ^__^ I knew there was a reason that he was one of my favorite professors...There were 3 problems that I didn't have time to do, which added up to like, 8 points, I think. So that takes care of that, plus a little extra. ^_^
Let's see...I have a test in my CS 220 class on Tuesday, so I'll need to study, and fill out a cheat-sheet...Yeah, did I mention that Prof. Fong is awesome, sometimes, too? ^^ Plus, since I went to the help session for this one, I should have a better idea what to put on it, which is good. Only bad thing, is that I also need to get started on our next lab...I really should have started it over the weekend, but I didn't. ^^;; It's due on the 30th, along with our next written homework assignment, which isn't posted yet (last I checked)...So, yeah. I have that to do, as well.
Ah...but all that aside, I had a pretty nice weekend. My father took us out to eat on Friday, and we went to Best Buy and looked around a bit. Plus, I got to sleep in on Saturday. ^_^ That was very nice. Jason loaned me some of his DVDs, so I got to watch some anime; the second Ranma 1/2 movie and the Tenchi Muyo specials, to be specific. Then, today, my father and I went back to Best Buy...This time we needed to buy a new mount for my XM radio...It's been hot, and apparently the adhesive on the old one melted, because it fell off. =P We got a different kind this time...hopefully we won't have any trouble with it. Then, I've been playing around with my Winamp skins...I fixed the playlist of my Malik skin. It'd been bugging me for a while, so I finally got around to making it look not-so-sucky. ^^ Also, I finally skinned that pic of Atemu that I cleaned up a while ago. So my Winamp and desktop finally match again. ^^
Yeah...it's too bad the weekend's over. But, it was a nice little respite. Hopefully, I'll be able to get back to work tomorrow, without too much trouble. ^^;;
