Verismo Review

Well, I got to try out my new Verismo today. And I have to say, I like it. =) It makes good espresso. Heck, watching it brew, it even gave a nice crema! I hadn't expected that. I used the basic espresso, to start with. I made one shot, and steamed and frothed my own milk to make a latte. And it was nice! I think I might try two shots next time, though.

I've also got the Guatemala Antigua espresso pods and the milk pods for the lattes to try. I don't really expect I'll be that interested in the milk pods; it's just as easy to use my own milk, and it probably tastes better. Still, I want to give it a shot. And I'm looking forward to trying that other espresso. The box says it's a medium roast, so I might even like it better than the regular espresso. We'll see. =)
