Argh
...Such an intelligent subject line. =P
I am somewhat annoyed. Mainly, due to the fact that my hair is rather ridiculous looking just now. The color had mostly grown out of my hair, so I wanted to re-dye it. Simple enough, right? Apparently not. Since the color didn't last as long as I wanted it to, we decided to try a different brand of dye, this time. So, we picked out a different kind, in what seemed to be the same shade. Got home and put it on...and all was not well. Instead of being auburnish, my hair was violently red. And not a nice red. Dark, really vibrant red. Like, so vibrant that I held up a reddish soda can and compared the color to my hair, and it practically matched. >.< I washed my hair several times, in an attempt to wash some of the dye out...and a lot of it did come out...but my hair is still very red. =P
Madre and I went to Wal-Mart after I got off work, and got some color-removing solution, and some new dye (the brand that we'd used before, which didn't make my hair funny looking). Since you have to wait after washing your hair, I can't use the color-removing solution until tomorrow...luckily, it says that you can dye it again right away. This is good, as I want to use what we bought...plus, the instructions say that using the solution won't restore your natural color...just remove the dye...if that makes any sense. O_o
So, hopefully, my hair will be normal looking before I go back to school. Speaking of which, that's another reason I'm a bit peeved. I'm working on my CS 315 homework just now...boooooring. =P Plus, I only half-way know what I'm doing. My CS 304, on the other hand...I'm not sure that I know what I'm doing at all. =P Luckily, I have longer to finish it...even though I still have a test to study for in that class (on Monday). Plus, a test in my Camelot class (on Wednesday).
I already paid for my FMA disks, though I've not heard from the seller, so I don't know if they've shipped yet. Hopefully I can get them soon...
...Well, this post was quite random. =P I'd best be off to finish that CS 315 homework. Off I go~

I was just wondering...do you like majoring in Computer Science, and do you think you'll stick with it? I do know some people who just don't like coding and programming, and that's why they don't particularly like the classes, so I was just wondering where you stand, as a fellow CS major. ^^;

As for being a CS major...well, I'm somewhat mixed on it...
Short answer:
If I’m able to get to a point where I don’t suck at it, then I’ll be fairly content with it, and would stick with it. If I keep having as much trouble as I do now, then I don’t know what I’ll do with it. =P
Longer answer:
I like the major well enough...coding, mostly. It’s not as much fun as it used to be, when I did it for fun, with no deadlines and lax specifications, but that’s to be expected, I suppose. What I really hate is how much trouble I’ve had with it. I’ve never really had problems in school before, so it’s really frustrating, and kinda stressful, when I do...especially in my major. I mean, this is what I’m supposed to be good at, right? It sucks, ‘cause those are the only classes that I’m having trouble with. =P
As for sticking with it, I’ll reiterate what I said before. If I can get my act together and actually know what I’m doing, I’ll be happy to continue. If not, I may not...I’ll admit that there have been times before that I wanted to switch, but didn’t for a couple of reasons (lack of any other possible major, and it would mean losing my only scholarship).
So, basically, the major isn’t that bad...it’s just that I happen to suck at it, at the moment. ^^;;
...Well. That was a bit long...sorry about that. ^^;; What about you? I’m guessing that you have a bit more positive outlook on our major than I do. ^^;;

Also, I'm with you on the math thing! I hate math (which makes my choice of major so intelligent, ne? ^^;;), but I always did well enough at it (I usually held a B in HS)...but, I took Calc I my freshman year...Good grief, it was awful! My prof wasn't very good (the whole class complained about her)...but still...I'd taken Calc I the year before in HS! I should have done better...but I didn't. =P I got a C. I'm going to have to take Calc II soon...I'll be finding a tutor, needless to say. >.<
I'm glad that you've had less trouble with things than I have. ^^ I'll agree; when you're not stressed about being behind, it's nice.
